Shipping

Mondera insures all international shipment packages for the full amount and use exclusively FedEx International Air Shipping. Shipping fares and times slightly vary depending upon the destination selected. The shipping charges are indicated in the table below. All the shipments usually arrive in 3-5 business days subject to Customs Clearance after shipping from Mondera.

Taxes & Duties

Mondera does not charge/collect Sales Tax for sales outside the state of New York; however, international orders are subjected to Customs Duties and Taxes in the respective countries. Your Customs agency will contact you for further details on the duties and taxes to be paid for clearance of the international Package.

Special Instruction to France Shipments

Please note that as per the revised France Shipping & Customs Policies, any shipments that will be delivering into France, the customer must get his/her own broker to clear the package with Customs.

Payment

We accept both wire transfer and credit card payments for International customers. International customers can pay by credit cards using “Google checkout” option on the shopping bag. To pay by Wire Transfer continue using “Secure Checkout” on the shopping bag and select “Wire Transfer” option on the Payment page.

Our fine diamonds and timeless jewelry should meet or exceed your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied, simply return / exchange your item within THIRTY (30) days, in its original condition, for the refund excluding shipping and handling charges. To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps and send us the package by Priority Registered Mail.

You will receive an email notification immediately when your package has been shipped from Mondera. You can track your order at any time by clicking our tool order status.

Country Exclusions

We are temporarily able to ship only to 78 countries worldwide. To see the list of countries we can ship, click here. However, please note that Mondera reserves the right to refuse international shipping as per our carrier’s discretion. In the likelihood that we are unable to ship to your country, we will notify you as soon as possible.
