The FAQs, okay granted it is rather empty right now, but that's because I haven't had any questions, frequent or other wise. As questions occur I will post the questions and answers in this section to save everyone time and effort sending emails back and forwards.

Q.
What is your stance on Parasite Systems such as WhenU?
A.
Mondera does not work with Parasite systems of any kind, we believe very strongly that the practices of these sites are wrong, even if not presently illegal. Mondera stands in support of Linkshare's new Code of Conduct but we feel it is not strong enough and needs to evolve further.
Q.
If I am paying for the advertising can I use Parasitic software myself to direct sales to Mondera?
A.
If you are caught making use of a third party pop up/under/exit/contextual ad software to target the domain of Mondera (or ANY WSO managed sites) OR the domains/sites of any partners working with WSO managed merchants then you will be terminated on the spot without payment. We will not tolerate the poaching of traffic from our sites, the redirecting of other peoples traffic nor the over writing of tracking IDs, affiliate or other wise, by any other than fair means. Any popups, pop unders, exit or open events, must occur on sites that you own only.

I want to use your datafeed but don't know how to program.
A.
We have partnered with "Scripts 4 Your Site" who do datafeed scripts for a range of top line Merchants and they provide scripts to support our datafeed, click here to learn more.

Can you design an Affiliate Site for me?
A.
No but we can recommend you contact Web Studio-1 to get a quality "custom" solution, they are fully authorized to use Mondera content and graphics to create a great site for you whether it's a static or dynamic solution you require.
Q.
Why does my Link Share account not show a sale that I "know" was made last week?
A.
Our set up with Link Share is based on Products Shipped not products sold. When a product is shipped the Link Share system then records the item as sold, up until that point there is always a chance of the customer changing their order.
Q.
How does Mondera handle any "returns" that happen after I have been paid a commission on a shipped product?
A.
Mondera returns are very low, however we do have some, in the case that there is a return it will be deducted from your future earnings. Yes that means you could actually have a negative balance with Mondera if a returns comes in just after a cheque is posted to you.

What the heck is a "Cheque" ?
A.
Sorry I'm British and that interesting spelling of "Check : The Cash Version" is the British English spelling.
Q.
How often are cheques sent ?
A.
Cheques are sent once a month assuming you have earnt the minimum $25 US required for a cheque to be cut.
Q.
Who sends the cheques ?
A.
99% of all cheques are sent from LinkShare, if however you won a special bonus it may come direct from Mondera New York and not be dependant on the $25 Threshold stated above.
