First welcome to the Mondera partner program, if you have found this page your either one of our partner or one of our competition. These pages are dedicated to helping you earn as much money as possible. To help you get the most from our partner program, from the Mondera web site and from the Mondera team. To make your life as painless as possible and let you know who you can contact with thoughts, ideas and requests.

You'll note that this part of Mondera takes a rather sharp turn from the rest of the site because we want it to be informal and approachable and not dressed up in fancy words. So, who are we? First in command is Chris.sanderson@mondera.com closely followed by Harry@mondera.com our job is to help you make money. We make every effort not to be faceless entities. If you send either of us an email we'll reply within 48 hours at the latest, except on Weekends and National Holidays when you'll find us at home with our families.

Why do we do this job? Chris volunteered. He was so disgusted by how the partner program had previously been run, and how partners had basically been ignored and left to fend for themselves that he volunteered to take over the whole program and give it hands on management. As the Mondera program grew it became obvious more dedicated, senior help was needed, so Harry was brought on board. He will be heading up all aspects of the Mondera affiliate marketing and he is part of the core Mondera team. And, quite honestly I'd much rather be working with partners who deserve support than the likes of Yahoo and MSN (but don't tell them I said that!!)

We're both very plain speaking and won't waste your time with technical jargon when something can be explained in plain English. If we make a mistake, we'll accept responsibility and say, "Yes we sent your cheque to the wrong address." If you have questions of any kind relating to Mondera then we have the information to help you, and if we don't then we'll certainly get in contact with a person who does with minimal fuss.

When emailing feel free to use numbers and bullet points to focus on issues and questions, it might not be as fun as a long meandering message but will ensure we'll see your exact needs very quickly and can deal with them, and refer to them by number, which leads to easy communication down the line.
